Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
What is founding-lab pricing?
Labs that join through early access get a lower price than the planned prices on our pricing page. We'll confirm your rate in writing before you pay anything.
When will I get access?
We're inviting labs in small groups so each one gets proper setup help. We'll tell you where you are in the queue when we reply.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes. We help import your test catalog and patient list from CSV or spreadsheet exports.
Is Lab Desk compliant with HIPAA and UK GDPR?
Yes. We sign a BAA with every US lab, and UK labs are hosted in the UK. See Security for details.
