Lab results
From order to result in one flow.
Create a requisition for each patient visit, record results against it, and keep a clear, searchable history.

How an order moves
Six clear steps. Everyone sees where it is.
Every order has one status: ordered, collected, in progress, ready for review, released, shared.
One order per visit.
An order holds the patient, ordering provider, tests or panels, sample ID, collection time and payment status.
As many tests as needed.
Add single tests or whole panels from your catalog. Each counts once toward your monthly orders.
Searchable history.
Find any order by patient, sample ID, provider or date, long after it was shared.
Entering results
Type them in, or let the analyzer send them.
Enter results by hand on the order, with the unit and range already there. Or connect your analyzers and let results arrive on their own.
- Manual entry with units and ranges filled in
- Results checked against your reference ranges as they come in
- Who entered or changed each value, logged

Instrument interfaces
Results straight from your analyzers.
Lab Desk Bridge is a small connector app that runs on a lab PC. It links your analyzers over serial or network using ASTM E1394 / LIS2-A2 or HL7 v2. If an analyzer can't talk to it, import a CSV file instead.
Results are matched to the right patient and order by sample ID. Nothing goes out until staff review it.
- Maps analyzer codes to your test catalog
- Sends worklists to analyzers that support them
- 2 interfaces on Growth, 5 on Pro

Review and release
Nobody sees a result before you do.
Results that arrive from an analyzer wait in a review queue. Flagged values sit at the top. Staff check them, release the order, and then share it with the patient and the ordering doctor.
- Review queue before release
- Abnormal values flagged against your ranges
- Release, then share in one step

A typical morning
From the draw to the patient's phone.

- 4
Share.
The patient and the doctor each get a secure link.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as an order?
One patient requisition. It can include several tests or panels and counts once toward your plan's monthly orders.
Which analyzers can connect?
Any analyzer that speaks ASTM E1394 / LIS2-A2 or HL7 v2 over serial or network. Others can send results by CSV file import. We don't target specific models at launch, so tell us what you run.
What is an interface?
One interface is one connected analyzer. Growth includes 2 and Pro includes 5.
Do analyzer results go straight to patients?
No. They land in a review queue. Staff review and release every result before anyone sees it.
Can I still enter results by hand?
Yes, on every plan. Many labs mix both: some tests from analyzers, some typed in.
